On Friday 5th December, 128 players from 16 much-loved music industry teams lined up at KIKOFF Fraser Park in Marrickville, Sydney for Musica Copa – the second ever invitational charity 5-a-side football tournament for the music industry.
$12,000 was raised for charity, hundreds of industry heads turned out in support, the sun shone, the beers flowed and the SweatItOut x Maker team ran out eventual winners, lifting the Championship trophy for the second year running.
DMA was there on the day to witness all the excitement, passion, rivalry and achievement. Musica Copa was also a great opportunity to enjoy the high calibre of artists providing aural entertainment on the day. Including the Bag Raiders, Yolanda Be Cool and twelve year old prodigy in the making, DJ Perto.
